Antelope Canyon is a slot canyon on Navajo Nation land near Page, Arizona, carved into sandstone by flash floods. Smooth, waving walls narrow overhead, and in Upper Antelope Canyon midday sun can throw bright beams onto the canyon floor. Lower Antelope Canyon is a tighter walk on stairways. The canyon is not a public trail: entry is only with a licensed Navajo guide.
